Welcome to Academy Psychotherapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in the North West

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – also known as CBT – has been proven to help alleviate a wide range of problems such as anxiety, depression, panic, worry, eating disorders, sexual problems, stress, chronic illnesses and sleep problems.

Academy Psychotherapy Ltd: Cognitive Behavioural Services

In addition to promoting our business (which is after all one of its objectives!), our hope is that our website may also be a source of information to those seeking to know more about common problems, experienced by many, many people. More importantly, our hope is that even if you do not proceed to work with us you find the information helpful.

Around one in six adults in Great Britain suffer from mental health problems. If you are one of them, the good news is that a CBT, provided by a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist) can offer effective help.

Here at Academy Psychotherapy we pride ourselves on providing a professional, friendly and informal, service.
